Yesterday, i downloaded Battlefield 2 and this mod and i played very well. When in the battle of one server, i killed only one player because he had wore the US kit crouch in the dead US body
i didn't know that was our teammate then i shot him. After that i was sorry him and he didn't report me killed teammate or angry, i wasn't kicked from that server or got ban yeterday.
In this morning when i logged into the game and choose server they said i was banned, i tried every server and recieved same notice "YOU WAS BANNED".

Obligatory first question, are you using a pirated version of BF2? Be honest, that could be your issue as many pirated versions have been banned due to being used by hackers and such. Usually it wouldn't let you in to begin with but this is so common anymore that it's usually the first question.

Don't worry, you won't get in trouble with us, but we do need to know if you need help, trying to get things working.

so i have to buy a retail BF 2 version?

Yeah, because your CD Key is used by other "not so nice" people that got banned previously. And also PR is not promoting piracy.

News keep getting worse. Even if you buy a new Version of PR the Keyhash is set now and to get rid of it you have to reinstall windows.

What? I have installed my same old BF2 for multiple computers and on W7, W8 and W8.1 and never had an issue. Sometimes I had to do a registery change.

if you have a legit key you wont have problems, but the hash generated with that legit key does not change. 2 changes the key but not the hash generated with it.

I just removed my game and the mod then i reinstall it and the CD-keys box appear again then re-activiated it easy =]]

Seems to be true. I cannot get my hash to change no matter how much registry tinkering and reinstalling bf2 and prbf2 I do.

You have to get rid of windows and reinstall it. Which is great, because trolls who log on to make rage videos now stay banned or reinstall their system.
