PR License for dedic server via BF2

Hello. Ex me if i wrought in wrong forum, please move thread to necessary forum, or show me where i must post threads like that.
I have some problem via getting PR user license. I need to input username from BF2, and some ID that i can find in bf2s.com, point is that bf2s dies 4 years ago. Where i can find this ID?
