So yeah this mod is (or was) part of the things black sands is (or was) working on, just wondering if that is still the case. Because there doesn't seem to be a lot of stuff related to the studio at the time.

BSS isn't really a studio PR belongs to per se, its more a collaboration of mod teams (mainly BF2 mod teams but a few other games too) who share assets etc. This is why PR has so many assets from the USI mod, USI has a bunch of PR assets and OPK has a British faction using PR assets etc. PR:Vietnam or PR:WW2 wouldn't have happened without BSS since PR:V is made up largely of EOD2 assets and PR:WW2 largely of BGF assets.

Never looked at it this way, good to know.

Yeah I realized that BSS part confused many people over the years and introduced a lot of misconceptions.
