Hi, by the way. I'm new here.
I thought I heard something about changing the Chinese army's weapons to the QBZ-95s and variants. Can anyone tell me if those are going to be implemented any time? Because I'm getting really sick of the Type 56.

okay, no now that the PLA is getting all the Type 96 variants, does that mean the MEC will get a nice mix of all the different AKs?
Please, please. I hate the G3 being the standard for the MEC. It should mostly be AKs. please say its so.

Im pritty sure the G3 is here for good. but it may be re-skined or remodled so it is not like the Vbf2 G3.

Nope. They'll be getting a mix of different G3 variants. G3A? (general issue), G3A?Z (rifleman), G3A?TSGZ (grenadier), G3SG/1 (designated marksman), HK21(E?)(support). And the SF will probubly hang on to the HK53 as well...

The qbz is the sickest gun in game right now.
Chinese Spec Ops.
It is silent and can hardly be heard by the enemy. It takes them down in 1-2 shots and Ive gotten huge kill streaks with it. Mao valley is where it dominates
THese new weapons better be as good as that one lol

I never bothered even trying it.

Those are awesome but is it for PR? Because i thought that the riflemans kit will be the only kit to get optics? In those pictures, it would seem the grenadiers kit would get optics and the rest would get a standard rifle.

Riflemen and grenadiers will be getting optics for all sides in PR. Im sure theres a QBZ-95 model with a scope and no GL...

rgr we changed our minds and Rifleman and Grenadiers will get optics. Those are wip renders of the Type 95 that will be in v0.5.

Ok, I agree that DICE butchered the model, they didn't add a barrel and flash suppressor, but you got the name wrong, so yeah.

ah, i just looked up, the type 97 is basically the exact same rifle as the type 95 - it just uses a natocaliber - the one on bf2 is the QBZ-97B (5.56mm Carbine) - and looks like that in reality
edit: who takes offence in the "hammer and sickle" "sign" Oo
