Let's have the Type 65 tank too so we can recreate the Tiananmen square protests. Let's have insurgents throw molotovs around, then have that white shirted one step in front of the Type 65.

Actually, come to think of it, that would be pretty cool. And I hope the JS SMG becomes the weapon for the PLA pilot kit. For now though, it will use a placeholder Type 85.

New stuff? - They look remarkably like russian copies. BMP-3 copy anyone?

The SMG that someone else posted can use MP5 mags, and looks decent enough but the vehicles... considering they are meant to be future stuff... I'm not impressed, on first impression. Remains to be seen though, as i hope they never have to see combat.

Although it isn't in any current maps, this is the MEC light attack chopper; it has really strange machine guns on it that look like torpedoes with a hole in the front.

Although these look cool they would be loads of effort and wouldn't really add much to the game, I like the last one though.

I agree with you, the WZ551 is dated, poor sloped armour ext.

But could PR use this model, i knwo answer is probaly no for some technical reason, but it is worth asking, would probaly cost money, if it is a small ammount.....hours of work paid for, but an amazing model.........below comments make it an unrealistic addition , damn!

Thse 2 vehicles are extactly what China needs, and so do the US and UK, properly armoured and modern vehicles for infantry transport and fire suppression.
The small armour car looks imense, mainly becuase it appears to offer 360 degree small arms protection and it could carry a full PR squad, with an extra 2 places for a driver and gunner.

The APC is particualy cool becuase the level of firepower and protection is very similar is just above that of the Stryker. While it lacks a high velocity 20-40mm gun, it appears to mount a 35mm auto-grenade launcher and a varity of different calibre machine guns (info from this site:http://www.sinodefence.com/army/armour/wheeledapc.asp), this makes it effectively useless against other APC or IFV, but possibly horribly effective against poor little infantry.
Info also suggests it has not been accepted in to the PLA yet, but is a serious possiblity for a next gen vehicle in the Chinese army......abit unrealistic for PR sadly though.

see again, the current PLA choopers is a z8 , with is only used by the PLAN , and the skin of the soldier are from the army , the z8 need to be remplaced

this choopers isnt used anymore by the PLA , its only for training

not only a reskin, they need a new model , its like using the challenger from the exp packs

yeah , with the type 99 its enough , but would be cool to have two tanks per faction : m1a2 and m1a1ha for the US forces , type 99 and type 96 for PLA , t90 and t72BT for MEC .

The current Chinese "Light" chopper is the WZ-11


And it looks nothing like the Z-9.

I alos believe the devs have (or had) a Z-9 Attack Chopper in the works (Check the Media Section). It's current status remains unknown however.

On another note, I would personally like to see the PLA given a new jeep with several variants. The Beijing2020SA (7 seat variant) would be lovely.

Also, The Typ63A would be my first choice as an alternate tank to the Type 99. Not just for variety purposes, but it's unique as an amphibious tank. Perfect should PLA beach assaults ever come.

That's my Chinese wishlist for ya. Would like to see a new Type 99 model, because after seeing the Challenger II render, it makes the DICE modeled and skinned tanks look like ****. But that's wishful thinking.

wz551 is sweet. i like its WWII 57mm AAA gun on it. well thats what it should be for the BF2 variant but i think they call it 25mm like the LAV. which makes no sense as it fires slower and does more damage so its obviously not the 25mm.

If you visit the media forum a few of those choppers are all ready in the works so dont worry!!!! I would like to see that SMG in the game and one of those new APCs to replace the one they have now. But other than that the rest is just cool stuff that would be a waste of time to model IMO.
