What the hell is in the water lately? Every server I get on, there is blatant open admin bashing. It appears that some admins have been going on to other servers just to bash the admins also. This is getting ridiculous. Come on community, regardless of how you feel about admins, they are perfect humans there to help keep a somewhat stable fun playing environment.

Grow up and take your lumps. I know I have had a few myself and I speak from experience. We all have bad days but sheesh, it's just a damn game. Take a break, drink a beer, get laid, do something else to ease the tension. I fuss at times and have given folks a hard time but those same folks still join my squad and I theirs.

Let's all sing it together..... let it go... let it go....

I didn't notice anything. But I don't mind being bashed. It's like a fly whizzing around my head..

After the servers I've been playing on recently the admin's deserve it...

I agree, the inter-clan drama and toxicity that is currently engulfing PR is quite the killer of the experience. The game's about teamwork, not about insulting other users.

Its always funny when people get so butthurt over a game.

Anyone getting bashed should ask Wicca how to handle it. He's the master of being bashed.

Snipers are the cancer of PR. Elitism is just a biproduct of the high amount teamwork and competetive gameplay that excists.

You take the shit way to seriously, PR is game not a competition even if winning is a satisfaction don't forget the main purpose : to have fun.

Depends on what you see as satisfactory and/or fun. Is it gaining 10to1 kill death/ratid? Or is it for example being a squad leader and having actual teamwork in a public server? If it is the latter I can tolerate elitism. If it is the former you can gtfo.

Fun is two full M-Inf squads working together.

A lot of admins seem really power crazy however. Too small a squad on a 32 populated server etc is silly.

This !!! And the occasional laze for cas. Its like derping around with the ball vs playing a football match. If I want to just derp around I ruin everybodys time if I do it as part of a football team.

If I load up L4D and try to get people to use tactics teamwork and throw military jargon at them in a game that portrays random survivors approaching psychological meltdown, guess what that $hit is annoying.
If somebody goes like, "its just a game" in PR because he just wants to derp around and not play with the team and acts all cutesy because the other players have a problem with that, guess what thats annoying.

Winning is fun.

Losing by over 200 ticket difference because friendly squads are too busy "flanking" around edge of map to build FOBs isn't.

Teamwork is fun, the level of interaction between assets and infantry squads(and between infantry squads)...etc. is what makes PR glorious.
And it just so happens that teamwork leads to winning(or at least losing with close ticket difference).

It's a game. Playing a game is fun activity. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose. The outcome is external to the fun derived from determining it. If you only have fun when you are winning, then you lack sportsmanship.

A brief reply in regards to "Snipers" being the cancer of PR. I disagree. I think the Sniper role should be used more often, as long as it's done so in a smart methodical manner and in a way that supports other squads. The Sniper Role only becomes a problem when everyone wants to be the "hero" and just play solo spec ops man. Everyone can't be the sniper and it has to have a greater purpose than just racking a kill death ratio up for yourself. Recon being the main one. The Sniper Role in pr gets a bad rep for a stupid reason.

As for the rest, i play to win but i've had a ton of fun losing too. Obviously losing isn't the ideal outcome but organized methodical teamwork is what provides the most fun for me...win or lose.

There are probably alot more examples where people have taken the sniper and kit left my squad I usually kick them for not following orders or stealing kits.

Seriously this kit is like the pigment to identify cancer in PR. Anyone who has it... You guessed it.
