magic disappearing rockets

I don't know if this is a bug or not. It seems to me in vBF2 that if you launch a rocket, and are killed shortly after launch that the rocket continues and damages its target. In PR, you are shot and killed, and magically, your rocket disappears. I've had it happen on MANY occasions of launching a heavy AT rocket at a vodnik/humvee, and dying and not taking it out. I would think that it was a fluke if it didn't happen so often... and I'm pretty sure that like I said, in vBF2, the rocket will continue on and destroy/damage the target. Please make this change, or just tell me I am dumb and it was not like this in vBF2. I posted this as a suggestion because I dind't think it was a bug, and more a result of some sort of coding or whatever.

Thanks.

In vBF2 I have had rockets disappear as much as in PR, if not more.

I think we have found a way to fix this.. and most weapons have it applied for v0.5, but I need to look into it some more.

But...even DiCE could not fix that.

It's awesome, but strange, how unpaid modders are more dedicated to fixing their product's bugs than paid programmers.

I have noticed this happen with heavy AT.
Even worse and more frequent, is when i try to do a honerable death on a chinese charge, dropping a hand granade at my feet and the feet of 4 americans, the granade tends to disapear from the ground, after i am dead.

Yeah! Imagine that, you're bleeding out and there's no way you'll ever make it BUT! you know that inside that one bunker there's a whole enemy squad, you pull out your grenade, **** it, run charging in and get killed, drop the frag on the floor and BOOM! you die an honerable death. :-D

EA do the patches i belive, and they are done by a small crew that didnt work on the original game, or thats what ive been told
