Would it be possible to increase the damage for the scatter shot?
Right now shotguns are somewhat underpowered as it takes about two shots to kill someone at close range.

Realistically, if you were hit by a shotgun round at close range, you would be shredded. Even if you survived being hit (body armour?) the force of the hit would knock you on your arse and you would be winded, dazed, and in a hell of alot of pain. You'd be as good as dead.

So please, increase the damage. I do so love my shotgun.

Yes, increase shotgun damage. It is the weakest weapon in the game at the moment.

yeah the damage could be a little higher to make it a more usefull weapon. But IRL body armor just owns shotguns

Yes, but even if you were wearing body armour, there is no way you could remain standing after taking a hit from a close range shot. You'd be on the ground and then it is a simple matter for the guy with the shotgun to finish you off.

Also the single shot with the shotgun does **** damage.

You have to use it on an armored opponent.

yeah, shotguns are pretty gross as it is (not talking about the unability to aim as i know it is allready fixed) especially the slug, it really gets on my tits when i choose it and it doesnt really go where i aim it (when using sigia with the aimer) and the fiew times it does hit it isnt a 1 hit kill, a 12 gauge slug will rape you, its bigger then a .50 though slower moving. but slower and larger means more raping from close to medium-far ranges, im thinking it should really be a 1 shot kill, or make it more accurate, if both are done it might get over powering, idk.

With its sights, I can instakill any USMC guy in 40 m with slug and can get anyguy within 20m with shot.

Its beautiful, if only the pump had sights

THE PUMP NEEDS SITES!!!! this is a "reality mod" but when u shoulder a shotgun, this magical yellow circle appears. I guess my guy is wearing a heads up display set of sunglasses. yeah that explains it all.

I'm a trap shooter and have shot shotguns all my life. it bugs the hell out of me that there are no sites!!!

Give the DEVS some time to transform back into human form for a while so they aint working on the thing 23/7, modeling......and modeling for the Mod(lol). Yes, the shottys do need iron sights but for now we have to make do with high tech sunglasses.

Fire from hip=blind shoot
Zoom in=Techno sunglasses engage and crosshair appears(mines purple lol).

sights would be for the slug shot more so than the buck.

I do it by holding Q and using one of the letters as a crosshair.
Any one seen dirtysanchez were the guy goes to czech rep puts on body armour and takes a shot from like 5 meters to the cheast hes still standing and after a couple of minutes a massive bruise appears so if an idiot like him can do it a trained soldier will have an easy time...
