lod glitching

anyone knows what could be the cause of this? i know about the 4km terrain morphing but this looks like extremely broken my guess is perhaps a static is causing all this?

Just copy the tmp.con out of any 4km's server.zip
You can also put the following line into your terrain.con, but the editor would overwrite it when saving.

terrainCuller.setUseStitchedLods 0
The tmp.con will automatically be loaded in the init.con
