Beginners Questions

Hey guys,
I am quite new to this great game (~ 10h) and have some questions for which I can not find any answers in the internet. Unfortunately there seems to be no beginners forum section, so I will post here.
1. When I play as a medic and I hear like 5 persons shouting "hey you, medic, over heeere. Dude you just ran over me come back" and so on. In such situations I find it VERY hard to distinguish friendly bodies from enemy bodies and press my syringe in every body that seems halfway dead. Additionally I cannot really identify dead-dead from revivable...
Is there something I am missing? Like dead-dead people leaving their kit or similar? And for the first problem: is there an overview somewhere, how the uniforms of every nation look like? (Where I come to my second point)
2. In my 10 hours of deployment games I shot like 2 enemies. Mostly the situation is like:
-> I see somebody in front of me
----> I watch the map if it COULD be an enemy
--------> either I am already dead because it actually was an enemy or the enemy is long gone somewhere else propably killing my squad
So this is more or less my biggest problem, since I feel kind of useless not being able to secure an area, because I cannot distinguish friend from foe
??: Everybody looks so damn similar to me.
I have some additional questions, but these are the most important for now.
