PR Mumble, Cannot hear others, They can hear me. I dont get cues from them.

Just as the title says. I cannot hear ANYONE on local, squad, or any kind of mumble NOR does the little audio cue come up. They can however hear me. I do not know what to do in any shape or form.
What I have done:
-reinstalled PR
-Deleted all the configs/settings files from mumble
-Reinstalled the mumble
-Restarted PC
-CHanged audio outputs
-Checked audio outputs
-Tried that stupid "is it set to 0%" stuff
-Messed with every setting
And yet STILL nothing works.
I need help from a dev. No idea what to do from here. I feel like it *could* be my headset (razer tiamat 7.1) but that doesnt really explain anything because I can have many applications open and still hear all of them.
