Install Updates?

Hello,

i may sound like a complete stupid guy but when i right click play and select check for updates it always says ''You have the newest version'' or something like that but i saw PR:Vietnam and PR:WW2 and PR:1.3 please help i have 1.2.10

Hi

1.3 will be released tomorrow. PR:Vietnam is already included into PR. WW2 and falkland is not finished yet. When 1.3 come out you should uninstall PR and BF2, unless you want play any other mods or/and vBF2. Then just download 1.3 install and enjoy. If something isn't true please correct me.

PR:Vietnam is in 1.2.10.

PR:WW2 is still under development.

PR:1.3 will probably be released this weekend.

Conclusion, you have everything that is available. But in case you didn't know yet, PR:1.3 will be a standalone version. It will not come as an update, you will have to install the full client again.

So does that mean you did not needed to buy BF2 will it look better because i mostly play GTA V but i also like realistic games because i might go in the Dutch Army but will it look the same and will it be free?

Yes. PR 1.3 will be fully stand alone. No strings attached.

Man its the exact same PR except a new update that will make PR a standalone client instead of having to go through the bf2 process

You do not need to buy BF2 after 1.3 patch.

This is how it is: You no longer need to own BF2, or have it installed. PR 1.3 will be released within this weekend. It will not improve graphics, they will stay the same, if you want better graphics, take a look at JoinSquad.com. PR:Vietnam is already released, you have to wait for a server to play the map. PR:WW2 will be released (hopefully finished) as well as Falklands with PR 1.4.

Playing PR, or ARMA or "realistic" "tactical" "hardocore" "simulator" shooters has absolutely nothing to do with getting in the army. It's just....Not. There is an abysm before you can do something a little similar to PR.
