Basically it seems like there is no 5 minute cooldown when spawning with the LAT kit. I have not tried requesting it from a crate but I have spawned 3 times within 2-3 minutes with the LAT kit. I know it wasn't like that before 1.3 and I didn't read anything in the changelog concerning this.

Steps to Reproduce:
Go to a public server, join a squad and spawn with LAT kit then die and try again.


Tested on multiple maps including Black Gold, Hades Peak..

I recall reading the fan made "de-coded" changelog and it mentioned the feature to appear in the game.

I'm not sure if it is mentioned in the official one.

It makes sense since one LAT anywhere won't kill medium APCs.

One of best change this patch, especially for kits with two RPG-7 and APC now having usable smoke.

Well if it was a part of the changelog then this thread can be locked. I thought it was a bug since I couldn't find it in the changelog, would be best if a DEV can confirm it.

I have noticed that shooting down even assault choppers with a LAT is not difficult. Should it be?

If they are moving slowly enough for you to hit it easily, yes it should be easy to hit them.
