I was playing in PRTA and was disconnected. When I went to rejoin the server, the ping was maxed out and it wouldn't let me connect. I exited out of the game and when I try to log back in, it sits at "Connecting to profile..." and eventually times out giving me this error. I have restarted my computer, modem, and router.

Same issue for me right now. My internet is completely unfunctional right now, though and I can't connect to any service.
EDIT: it ties in because first I got the error, and then things stopped working.

Reinstalled and it's working now.
