Was just playing Kami INS in a T62 and my game crashed with an assert thrown at me:

memory.dll:SetInternalPoolIndex() fails, should not come here.

My game crashed but I was still in the server and apparently still playing but my screen was black and I could do anything, couldn't even kill the process with Task Manager. I had to turn off my computer to stop running PR.

I've been getting reports from multiple people having the same issue, it's being looked into.
