I have never seen it before 1.3.......The dm51, insurgent anti tank grenade confirmed have this bug

I had the bug show up for 2 seconds on Charlie's Point with the timed TNT but the copy tnt on the right disappears quickly. It's just as its thrown. It's a vBF2 bug but it doesn't seem to affect gameplay.
Happened once out of the 5 times I tested so its random.

Would it be possible to remove/fix that or is this a known issue with the engine?
