Commander - Erase command not working on FOB Map markers

Description:
When I took the command today, I created multiple map markers that I identified through UAV, including INF, JEEP, and FOB.
I could erase all markers except the FOB Markers, I tried it about 10 times from different spots (right clicking close to the marker, right click far from the marker).

Steps to Reproduce:
- Apply and go for Commander
- Right click anywhere on the map
- Set a FOB marker on the map
- Wait 5 Seconds
- Right click on the FOB marker on the map
- Click the "Erase" button

> FOB Marker doesn't disappear

Tested On:
Burning Sands AAS Inf Layer, 100 Players (PRTA EU Server #1)
On the MEC Side

Also had this bug as MEC commander, Khami INS.

Couldn't remove FOB marker. Had a waypoint marker over the FOB marker, and removing the marker only removed the waypoint.

Mortar marker may also be affected. The mortar marker stayed the entire round, although I didn't try to remove it; it could also be a permanent marker like the waypoints.

Thanks for the report. It occurs only if the marker stays to long. Already fixed :)

Do we have to wait for 1.4 for this fix or will it be made through the auto updater?

It would be nice if it could be removed early, annoying not being able to remove fob markers as CO

We will be doing a better update schedule then v1.2 :) PR is a lot cleaner and more easy to build on now. And we are being more careful with development.
