Hey guys,
with the growing number of new players, I decided to make a series of training videos, where you can learn how to play PR from very basics to very specific actions. I have played PR for 3 years now, so my advice can be taken seriously

Very nice tutorial. I'll link it around to help some new players, should help you get a bit more attention. Keep them up!

As for suggestions, maybe go through each role and talk about advantages and disadvantages, maybe even have an episode dedicated to movement and tactical positioning. Not many people realize just how important covering a potential flank is.

You can take the official manual and make video examples of whats in there

Nice initiative! Keep it up! New players IMHO will like to watch a vid most likely then reading the manual (most of them at least).

When I first started I learned really a lot by checking forums (especially the section about ingame strategies, etc.). The question is: how do we redirect people to the forums? First, is that here they'll get a chance to meet the community and see how nice it is and second they can find vids like this and written posts about tactics/strategies. As said, forums for me was a great place for learning the theory behind the game (I learned lots of things that manual didn't cover). And with so many new players we really have a need to get them here to stay for a while so we have more GG's.

Well, to answer your question, it is rather easy to watch this video or to find this thread. But I don't want anyone to think that I am farming subs or views here. I really want new people to learn how to play this game and have as many GGs and possible. The way is to make a direct link in the PR Launcher, to this or any thread with Manual...or the tutorial video...so they can stay updated. Right now I am cutting the second video, kit system. Ill post it when it is done

Good work on the video! I like how you enabled people to skip to sections that they need to without trawling through the video!

It should also not only help new players but old ones who come back after hearing 1.3 is out!

The problem for me with reading the manual is that at my age , I can read a section then 2 minutes later I forget what I was reading and why..

Love this video series. The manual is fantastic and I would recommend every new player to read it, but some people are visual learners and for them these kinds of videos are just perfect. I've bookmarked this thread and will make sure to guide new players to your channel from now on, in addition to the manual of course.
