Skirmish only Server?

I don't know about everyone else, but I kind of enjoy the skirmish maps after a server crash. It's gets insane when it fills back up with 100 players.
Why are there no dedicated skirmish servers out there? 16v16 would be fun, hell 32 v 32 would be as well.
Just a thought.
