6 Observations - Errors or bugs?

Hi all,
Just thought I'd throw in this quick post with 6 issues I've noticed since 1.3's release. They might be intentional, but I wasn't sure so I'll throw them down here:
1.) French grenadier has no option for a scoped rifle - is this intentional?
2.) The flag bug has become more prominent from what I have seen, where flags and their cap-shields disappear off the map, leaving a bare map with cap-point names only.
3.) I know it used to be impossible to tell Winter Russian/German soldiers apart, but is it supposed to be the case that the Russian snow camo is brown?
4.) Handheld AA doesn't get heat-signature locks on oil rig heat sources any more. I suspect this has been the case for a while and is intentionally so, but I wasn't sure.
5.) Still only the shadow of your gun when riding on the back of the BTR-60 - no shadow of your own player model (I assume this is because "you" don't exist and is an engine limitation?)
6.) This one I've JUST noticed and is quite important. The Rifleman ammo bag carries too much ammo. I am able to throw 2 grenades, rearm via the ammo back, and re-arm the ammo bag. I've just done this 10 times over to confirm, that the Rifleman can effectively have unlimited ammo bags/grenades supplied by himself.
