Every time I start the game I need to have the password put in. Is there a way of removing this?

yes, check the box "Remember password for the selected profile"

No when I start the launcher I have to put in the administrator password.

Change UAC to be less strict.

Well I have to ask for the password every time cause its my parents computer. I just want it off for pr is there a way I can turn it off just for that?

I'm stuck on the part where you make the shortcut I don't know what to put in.

Ask for password. Write it down on a yellow post-it note. Stick to screen.
