Hello,

I'm one of the unlucky plagued by the intermittent 'Connection to the Server has been lost' issue. From what I've gathered, the problem is due to my Arris modem. Changing it is currently out of the question.

I've heard users have had success using a proxy or a VPN. Any recommendations?
