So i can?t get PR:BF 2 to start, i press "PLAY" in the launcher, the screen goes black for half a sec. then it goes back to my desktop.

Iv tried to reinstall it, renaming the PR:BF2 folder and then running PR:BF2 EXE file but the same thing happens when i do that. press play = crash back to desktop. Tried to run it in compatibility mode windows 8/7/vista

There is no error that shows up and i?v doubled checked that all the folders have all the read write permissions.

you have broken video driver settings? I'm just guessing, sorta.

backup your nvidia custom settings,
download newest nvidia drivers,
then completely uninstall Nvidia drivers
download and install treexy driverfusion,
run driverfusion, completely uninstall Nvidia drivers and the settings,
reboot
do not let new hardware wizard install drivers.
install the newest nvidia drivers.
