Rate of Fire
In Reality - In Gamefiles

G36 750 rds/min - 600 rds/min
AK74m 650 rds/min - 600 rds/min
TAR21 750-900 rds/min - 900 rds/min
C7 750-950 rds/min - 900 rds/min
G3 500-600 rds/min - 600 rds/min
FAMAS 900-1000 rds/min - 900 rds/min
QBZ95 650 rds/min - 600 rds/min
M4/M16 700?950 rds/min - 900 rds/min

The Recoil still gets cut short on Fullauto for the 900rds/min Weapons. And strangely the AK74m is classified as a "compact" Weapon in the Deviation Gamefiles, giving it worse characteristics than every other conventional Fractions main Rifle.

Its obvious on Beirut. The AK74m is worse than the Travor21 on Single Fire.
If u try to Headshot people on short-medium distances u likely wont hit with the ak74m while the Travor21 nails it.

The AK74m is worse than the Travor21 on Full Auto.
The time to Kill is longer due to the lower RoF, u have more Recoil than the Travor21(cutoff due high RoF) and ur Shot Groupings are worse.

To do a step in the right direction u could reduce the Rate of Fire of the 900rds/min Rifles(too High anyway except the for the Famas) slightly and classify the AK74m as a "Standart" Rifle in the deviation Files.

As per here: https://www.realitymod.com/forum/f189-m ... s-bf2.html

We only have these ROF at our disposal:

Code: Select all

1800
900
600
450
360
300
225
200
180
150
120
100
90
As such we have applied Number Rounding to the r/l rates of fire: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Rounding

The only one which is quite a bit off from its r/l ROF there is the G36, which is exactly 1/2 way between the two.

As for your issues on the AK-74M, its bigger issues is in fact its side to side recoil rather than ROF, which we are looking at addressing.
