Mumble Bug

Soo I've been having an issue with mumble lately.
Basically whats happening is I'll join a server and then select a squad to join, and as soon as I join a squad I'll start to hear people talking in other squads over my coms. I've reset/restarted mumble multiple times and I'm still having the issue. I've even tried manually joining the mumble server and selecting the channel and I can still hear everyone talking. Its gotten to the point where I'll play all by myself, and it'll still happen.. Not sure what I can do at this point.
