My problem is that I have a user account that cannot run the game.

When I try and open the game, it says "Unable to configure C: Program Files.... Please make sure you have administrator rights".

I have tried giving the user account full rights on both the file and the .exe. I have tried running as administrator but it still won't work. The only thing that works is switching the account to administrator, but this removes the parental controls. If someone could offer some suggestions to fix this that would be great. Thanks.

Create a new Windows administrator account that is passworded?
