Is there a way to see where my friends are playing without scanning each server manual?

There is no way to check without manually looking, besides actually asking them on TS, Steam, etc...

EDIT: Wasn't aware you could do this with PRSPY

On PR Spy... you can search your friends name, and it will say what server he/she is in. If you click on the name of the server he is in, you should see his name. Then, click on his name (It will turn blue), then it will be on your friends list. (In the friends tab).

*Note, PR spy is right next to the donate button at the top of the page.

Only if they're in the top 64 players of the server.

Actually its not top 64 its whoever has score I believe
