I can't hear other people's voice

The icon shows on my screen that said people were talking, but I couldn't hear them. Everything in audio is turned on. This happens after the new patch.

Ctrl-alt-delete to your task manager. Open processes and close mumble, it will automatically restart and probably fix the issue.
