He is importing models from CoD adn BF3/4 and replacing the current gun in the kit.. takes some doing but you can do that on singleplayer if you take the time to do so. Illegal for multiplayer so forget it.

Some of those weapons would be pretty badass to have in PR tho..

u guys sure he is not a dev or something? because he has features like buis implemented back in 2012 and we only got buis in the 1.0 update

No, the way he did it was:
"Two rifles on one geometry which use different ?tozoom? animations, but having an identical ?magLinkWeapon?"
