On black gold in the city layer, left side of the map if the city is capped by China, Russians will bleed even though they have 3 or 2 flags left. I am not sure whether China has this after Water Pumping flag being capped. The bleed when China caps city can be very frustrating as they're able to get to it faster and it seems odd that Russians bleed from the 3rd last flag or so. Is this intended or a bug, because it causes the Russians to lose quite often while still holding Tunnels.

So this didn't even get fixed for 1.3? Only bleeds on this specific layer, not on other layers.

Fixed for hotfix At least I hope. Made it so it's a insta-dead bleed at last flag and second to last flag you get the slowest possible bleed. On both teams of course.
