It doesn't work because EA cut online support for BF2 and other older games as well.
Not sure why would you need it nowadays for, but type this in the console: pb_myguid

If you need it for requesting a server license, just insert a random number (or 123456)

I was put Administrator on my server and the following lines appeared:
The Username entered is already in use.
The BF2 Player ID entered is invalid.
Help me!!!

OOF! , Necromancer. You can put any number you want since it is not needed anymore. Anything about Server related questions and Issues should be posted on the appropriate server
