There was a comfac (not official) lead by sshadowfox iirc.
Just search the forums and shoot him a pm. If the community doesnt do it, the devs wont do it either.

So to answer your question: slim.

I saw some topics in the forum on Brazilian forces, but it seems that the project is abondonado. To tell the truth do not know what his situation, but I was curious, because I'm sure that not just me as several other Brazilians would like to see our military in the game.

Want a new faction? You have to work on it yourself or gather a team and work on it. Devs are too busy doing other stuff.

Community factions are usually pretty long *** projects (easy 2-4 years lel) because people tend to loose interest in the progress etc.

I imagine how much work must take to create a new faction to the game.
But since you suggested to create one, how can I be doing this? (I know nothing about PR: BF2)

Search around on the forums. I'm sure there is some good documentation or links hanging around the community faction forums.
