1.3.1 High Mouse Sensitivity

Hey!
I have this strange bug that only happens (if it happens) when you change between scopes and ironsights. Basically the mouse sensitivity gets higher. For example, I use the standard mouse sensitivity but when this happens you more or less spin around.
A quick fix for this is to toggle your sights again.
