Funny thing just happened in my squad... I was Sl with about 4 guys plus me.

Me on Mic - "Hey Vinz (squad mates name) dont run out there like that!! (he just joined my squad)

Vinz - "Duhh I Teamkill 5 minutes, all the time." Duhh, I teamkill uhh, uhh" (it seriously sounded like that)

Me -"What?? No, huh?? Dont tk anyone!!, wtf."

Another squad mate - *Whispers on Mic* "Hes retarted"

Then 2 minutes later the Vinz guy leaves and I asked my squad if he was actually retarted, and this guy sais on his mic...

"oh no, He's just Dutch"

LMFAO. I was like, wow, how offensive, but in a "joking along with him" kind of way. I thought that was hilarious, just the way it all played out was like a comedy movie. haha.

Thats all. :)

Oh wait, I forgot... WHAT THE F**K IS WRONG WITH THE WEBSITE?? Its been all screwy last 2 days. Everytime I try to come on it says Quota exceeded and junk. I got lucky this time.

Its the wooden clogs, in some cases if you use the wrong kind of wood and they stay in a damp environment you can get a particular type of mold growing on the wood (if its relativly new and untreated).

The mold produces a mycotoxin that, if inhaled, causes degradation of the synaptic pathways in the brain, usually temporary though in some cases permanent if the patient is allergic or receives prolonged exposure.

Fortunatly it’s fairly rare because the mold is on the clog and the mycotoxin needs to be inhaled (skin contact is safe). Thus this particular illness is almost exclusively seen among classical Dutch foot fetishists.

Hahaha. I used to live in Holland (for three years). The Dutch do have an interesting way of saying "uhh...". It's with a lot of force. Like "Ja ooookay... uhhhhhhhhhhhh jij moet mij uhhhhhhhh niet TKen."

Potentially everything on the Internet is offensive to someone, which is why I look for malicious intent rather than simple ignorance or poor taste. As for ‘foreign’ players we have in this thread (so far) an American, a Canadian, a Brit and an Aussie. I think its fair to say the mod is multi-cultural but I have never encountered racial taunts (cant say the same for Counter Strike though).

The other day I found myself in a squad with everyone else speaking Spanish. I asked my wife for a few Spanish things to say, which I proceeded to test on my squad.

It got them killed; they all started laughing at me so hard they couldn’t shoot straight.

In any case my Dutch girlfriend, Katcha, once gave me authentic Dutch double salt liquorice. After I regained consciousness (you would understand if you ever try some) I felt I had the right to exact revenge by taunting the Dutch wherever possible (apart from her though, because she was both sweet and drop dead gorgeous).

The only racial joke i've heard was last night on Thors.

Basically on the first occasion we were doing impressions of the MEC voices then that started to mold into Borat impressions. I've never laughed so hard while playing battlefield, I had to stop playing for a second to get my breath back.

Then soon after this I was told that I was Scottish?!? The american guys though I sounded scottish. I'm from YORKSHIRE. I took it in good humour and no offense was taken (for the record I like scottish people). They then said I should be one of the British voices for Medieval Total War II ?!? Do us Brits really sound that POSH all the time? I definatley don't, I live too near Barnsley top be POSH.

I remember one that got a laugh. This squad just started runnng away from the battle into the middle of nowhere. I asked out loud "where do they thik they're going"? Guy in the squad goes, they're running away of course, look at their tags, they're french." It was really funny at the time, but again, these things are never as good as when you're there.

That's fantastic, and the dutch one. It's hardly offensive is it [5NFSO]Thunder. Lighten up mate, we all get the mickey taken out of us every now and again. I expect jokes about the Brits and to be honest, it kinda helps to build relationships with other players. It rarely gets serious and when it does you know the one responsible will have all hell come down on them and rightly so.
Personally I feed off a little mickey taking. It's obvious it's in good spirit, so to the ones who can't bear to hear their country jokingly slated for a second in good jest, or poke a little fun at someone elses, I say: We live in a multi cultural society, how controlled are we by political correctness that we can't have a good joke with each other without fear of offence? No country is perfect, the sooner we realise that the better.

Playing Medal of Honour: Allied Assault one player then on the US team said something or another and somebody took extreme offense of that statement. He starting crying for mummy (admin) and writing in CAPSLOCK. The guy was so hysterical that we had a great exchange via text to laugh about it. The player, even more hysterical now, yelled that we all should be shot dead on the spot. One player ended the scene by this comment.

"You are in a Nazi Germany SS uniform, flipping out because you think somebody said something anti-semetic, threating to kill any and every GI Joe. You got to admit, that is kind of funny."
