Error 1301 (Yes, I read the posts)

I've been playing for more than a month on my new machine without problems, and today the error 1301 comes up when I attempt to start the game. Now I have read through all the posts I can find on google and in this form, and have tried various methods such as DNS, dynamic IP, .NET framework repair, IPv6 and I've also checked firewall.
