Local Insurgency Game not Showing

Hello Guys.
Most weekends I host a 10 computers LAN at my house.
Whenever I host LOCAL coop matches other players can the see and join the match just fine.
When I choose INSURGENCY game mode instead of COOP when creating a LOCAL (Listen) server players cannot see nor join the game.
Any Idea how can I make Insurgency work on my LAN?
PS: No internet on the LAN.
