So I just downloaded PR standalone, and when I try to launch the launcher (even as administrator), it just shows the dogtag logo and after 2-3 seconds crashes without any eroors (except the windows one, "PR launcher has stopped working"). Any solutions?

Whoops, nevermind, the error was because I didn't have any audio device plugged in. Sorry.
