project reality 1.3.1.0 crashes when joining a server (not my pc)

Hi,so my brother wants to try out project reality,i downloaded it and installed it no problems but the problem is that when i try to join a server the game crashes no matter what server help us please through this thanks(its working perfectly on my pc been playing for a year now)

i switched to windowed and i got to read the error of a missing d3dx9 .. i dont remembre and got it from my pc to that my brothers then i fixed it
