Win10 I can't start pr :c

Hello,
I download PR and i can't launch it.

First reference the steps in this post, if that doesn't work, post here again.

Make sure you have the compatible DirectX 9, .NET framework, and Visual C++. They're covered in the red text at the top.

go to documents
delete project reality folder
go to where you install PR
run 'prbf2.exe'
from there it will tell you you need to use launcher
try to open launcher again
if you do open it and still have problems, go to launcher>support>copy and paste the specs here
make sure you have ALL windows 10 updates too

Now i have this problem. I use every resolution but every time i have this problem.

open launcher
go to support
go down and read to where it says your display mode, (aka resolution)
it'll look something like this
Display Device(s): Generic PnP Monitor on NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760
Generic PnP Monitor on NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760
Generic PnP Monitor on NVIDIA GeForce GTX 760
Display Mode(s): 1920 x 1080 (32 bit) @ 60 Hz
1600 x 900 (32 bit) @ 60 Hz
1600 x 900 (32 bit) @ 60 Hz
Driver Version: 10.18.13.5362 (353.62)
remember the resolution
go to video.con in your documents/projectreality/profiles/000x/
open using notepad
search for the line that says
VideoSettings.setResolution
put in your resolution that you have on your main monitor
for example, mine is VideoSettings.setResolution 1920x1080@60Hz
no spaces, same format
save
if that doesnt fix it, copy and paste everything from launcher>support
