Long loading times all of a sudden

A little bit ago I had an issue in which over the course of a day, my loading time would get longer with each round that went by. At first, I thought it was just a one time thing. After a few days, I posted to the forum for help, and prWars DC-K told me to defrag my drive. That worked, but about an hour later it was back to really long loading times. I tried switching which graphics card PR was using, which did not work. I tried to do a clean reinstall, which worked for about 24 hours, until now here I am with the same exact problem once again. I need help.

Hang on, this could be it. After digging deep into task manager, I have found that today there was an underground virus scan going on. Can't confirm yet that that's what is doing it.

Okay, I need help. Turning off my virus scanner did not fix the issue, as it was back just now. However, after a 19 minute loading time on Fallujah on PRTA NA, the game took me back to the server browser with the following message:
"Network data corruption error. Please try again."
I need help!!! Does this mean anything? How do I stop my game from having really long loading times, it wasn't doing this before! Like I said before, I don't think it's a computer performance issue, as once I get in game I get a smooth 40-60 FPS.

Someone please help. I've been playing PR for four years and I don't want to have to quit because of this issue!

does this only work for PR? try any large games like arma and see how the loadings are
this could be a failing hard drive
what AV do you use?

I am not a computer man so I don't know what AV stands for.
I've been playing BF4 and ArmA 3 while my PR has been broken, and they load in at pretty normal times.

disable the "Malicious behavior" option, or "HIPS"
ive never actually used it before, so i cant tell you how to do it, fiddle in the settings and you should find it

Try turning off the firewall your using too if that anti virus has a firewall. Should do a full virus scan of your system too if it's been a while since the last scan
