Hello. I was playing Karkand and a new round was beginning, I pressed the Join button and I was instantly in a squad although the server had swapped the teams and I couldn't leave the squad. Then, more people joined until there were 8 of us in one squad-
Quite odd and annoying too, I had to disconnect from the server inorder to get out of that squad .

I don't think it's a PR bug. This thing has happened since the bf2 demo even.

Which reminds me, wasn't there a way to get RIBs under the carrier in bf2. And they would clip through and be able to shoot people on the deck without exposing yourself to fire? I'm gonna have to try that next jabal as MEC

it's not a bad bug, it actually encourages more teamwork. I think that bug should stay in .

The problem is not new, and is not PR-related unfortunately. This is in EA/DICE's hands...

Its a BF2CC (server admin tool) bug.

I haven't seen this bug in vanilla BF2, been playing it over a year now, and now in PR I've seen it twice. But if you guys say so, I belive you.

ye it is a BF2 bug. just did a search on the BF2CC forums and they have confirmed it is a BF2 bug. When i use to be a beta tester for them it looked like the bug was first caused by there tool but not it looks to be a BF2 prob.

Also Ive seen it in vBF2 afew times, when i use to play it

Vanilla players don't rely so much on squads as we do lol. The 1st time I saw it, it was in PR as well (1.5+ yrs playing), but the squad mechanics and how they work are not accessible to us. If they were, squad sizes would've been increased long ago.
