Server license isue

Hi all, and sorry for the OFF Topic. I couldn't access the PR server admins forum.
I'm having some issues related to the server license application.
Back in 2011 I was the admin of the MIT PR server. However, we survived as MIT for only 2 years and then our server was dismissed.
Now I'm in the =ITW= clan since 5 years, and we would like to setup our server. We've already got a VPS (37.187.66.212) and we would like to setup one server.
When I try to get into the Server License CP I get a permission error. If I try to apply for a server license it says I'm already a server admin, but once I click on the "got to license pannel" I get another permission error.
How can I fix that?
