Mumble Output not working. Mumble overlay only half working.

In the middle of a round today I suddenly was unable to hear neither my squad mates nor anyone else around me over local. What was strange is they could apparently still hear me when they responded over the in-game text chat.

To reiterate the issue:
  • I cannot hear other players.
  • Other players can still hear me over Mumble however.
  • The overlay works only for my inputs, and to show if Mumble is disconnected. The overlay in the lower left that shows when other players are talking does not show up.
  • Mumble is not muted.
  • My speakers and headphones work fine. The issue is only with Mumble.
Fixes that I have attempted and failed:
  • Restarted Mumble.
  • Restarted PR.
  • Restarted my computer.
  • Reinstalled PR.
  • Switched my audio outputs.
  • Joined a different server.
  • Turned off Windows Firewall.
  • Ran through the Mumble Audio Wizard. I could not hear any of the audio samples that were supposedly playing during two of the steps.
Here are my specs:

Install the Standard Mumble and see if it works.

Has to be a problem with a file in C:\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\Mumble but I'm not sure exactly what the problem is.
