Any ideas on this error code?

Make sure your antivirus and firewall whitelisted PRLauncher.exe, prmumble.exe, and PRBF2.exe

have you played the mod normally before? what changes have you made since this started? downloads? change in network settings? describe your network and ISP info

I used the utilities in the PR launcher and that fixed it.

That's great, now can this noob have some detailed instructions please!

For starters what is the PR Launcher - if it's what I think it is, there's no Utilities option. Once I DO find Utilities, what do I need to then do?

The PR Launcher is the application that you use to start Project Reality. The utilities are under Support on the main screen of the launcher.

I'm having this issue too and running through all of the utilities didn't fix it for me. My firewall is allowing all of the PR applications, and clearing the profile didn't work either (I'm now getting the same error trying to retrieve my profile).

The only thing that's changed on my system is the patch to the latest version of PR.

Me and a mate are also having this issue since updating to 1.3.7.0

(fixed now, maybe the master server was offline?)

Since there're lots of people are complaining about that problem I think that just clearing your cache won't do any good. Just wait, they'll fix that.

OK thanks guys who responded. Resolved for me - I simply kicked off one more time, the download restarted, and installed successfully - resolved.
