Black Gold VW Inf/Std has ticket bleed only when you capture the last flag, which is nearly impossible with at least somewhat balanced teams. This results in painfully long rounds limited only by timelimit variable, since vehicles don't cost tickets.
IIRC, in previous versions, if you had 4 out of 7 flags (i.e. more than half), the bleed started, and the more flags you had, the more enemy team was bleeding. Would be nice to have bleeding system like that.
