I noticed that my mouse sensitivity become much higher when I switch to the map view, making it difficult to place markers accurately. Anyone else notice this? It was never an issue in the older versions.

Try playing in windowed mode or changing your resolution to a 4:3 aspect ratio. Also, maybe your processor is being taxed more which is resulting in the varying mouse speeds.

I've had this issue for years. Never found a fix for it so I just live with it.
