I've searched and done all the steps that I can do.

I do not have a project reality folder in my documents,

uninstalled and reinstalled and I'm still receiving this error.

are you running full admin
what is your windows
what version of PR did you download
how did you install it, using what
specs
did you download and install all prereqs
latest updates for windows

etc
