-Testing, Implementing, and Teaching any new tactic or strategy that any member is willing to lead a test for of every facet of PR, from Infantry to Assets, from Front Lines to Support.

-Never cheat in pursuit of a better strategy (E.G. Ghosting).

-Using the standards of Communication, Teamwork, Tactics, and Leading as should be expected of any clan.

-Leading squads to attempt new, possibly idiotic, tactics with the mindset of attempting to discover new effective methods of command within PR.

-Respecting your squad lead no matter how new to the game they are and following their command, even if it seems to make no sense at all (Questioning such a plan should be expected however).

-Teaching new players of both core game mechanics as well as clan strategies and tactics.

-Developing your own leadership identity of strategies that fit you best through practice with fellow clan members

-Use the Teamspeak 3 server whenever playing PR, you won't be required to always participate with the clan, just be available.

-Any new member of Novae will need to honestly claim how efficient they are at PR and where they need improvement.

-All members of Novae will be expected to train new players when needed.

-Wear the NOVAE| (Latin for New) clan tag in game.

-Remember, its a game, have some fun and die with glory!

I like the philosophy. I usually question was is commonly taught as standard tactics.

Yeah, for instance, many formations tend to heavily slow down squad progress and give plenty leeway for enemies to outmaneuver you.
