Lag after version 1.3.1 updates

hello , I played pr 1.3.1 on windows 10 and it ran with no problems after this version it became very laggy (i downloaded all the 3 last versions together so idk which one is causing the problem but i think its the one with win10 compatibility 
) . it takes 10-15 minutes to load a map ??! i used to play on high settings now i cant even on low.
