Korengal Insurgency Infantry layer says in the spawn screen there are 4 strykers when there only appears to be 2. Also says 7 humvees in total but I only count 5

The listed information is correct. Each spawnpoint can sometimes spawn multiple vehicles as is the case here. So if you as example take a stryker, another one will spawn shortly (the spawndelay) after.This was likely done on Korengal as there isn't a lot of space to work with.
